Wren Real Estate Group was established in 2024 by Meghan Duplechain in the spirit of independence, authenticity, and commitment to excellence. After getting her masters in landscape architecture from the University of Colorado-Denver, Meghan began her professional career creating large scale parks and community projects for a nationally recognized firm. Her love of design and solving complex site plan challenges helped her recognize the joy of joining people with place and how natural customer service came to her.

Meghan is a long time Texas resident, growing up on the Gulf Coast and moving to Austin in 2000 to attend the University of Texas. Her strong community ties, love for the central Texas beauty and culture, and her genuine desire to connect with people has helped her build a business rooted in gratitude. She is deeply committed to her clients, grateful for each unique opportunity that presents itself, and finds immense joy in helping first-time buyers to multi-property investors realize their financial goals.

Meghan keeps busy with her two young children, her dog Pearl, and a supportive husband who backs her passions. You can find her on any number of the Hill Country brewery patios, hiking in nature, enjoying the live music scene, or chasing her family around her Dripping Springs property.

After working my way through several real estate teams, I decided to strike out on my own. I've always been passionate about assisting clients through significant life transitions and take pride in helping them find their ideal futures - and I wanted to find a realty platform that would give me the support I needed to build my own business while still allowing me to prioritize my clients' best interests and my own goals.
